First line-up announcement for FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2016!!!!

The first announcement for this year’s Fuji Rock appeared before an expectant crowd  outside Shibuya’s MODI  building video screen this morning.  There had been some speculation before the announcement amongst those who could make out the pixelated band names about who would be headlining, so the Red Hot Chilli Peppers were not a total surprise, especially as the band famously played the inaugural festival back in 1997 in the midst of a typhoon.  If there’s one thing Fujirockers like to see, it’s the appearance of familiar faces along with the new, so check out the rest of the line-up and keep posted for further announcements!
