The latest artists announced for this year’s festival include a number of Japanese artists as well as overseas acts.  Here’s our Top 3 overseas artists from this announcement worth checking out.

Heading up the announcement is “Brits’ Critics’ Choice” winner Rag ‘n Bone Man, whose single “Human” was high in the UK charts at the end of 2016.  With his first album of the same name released just last month, Rag ‘n Bone Man promises to bring some gritty soul to Fuji Rock – one for those who enjoyed Leon Bridges at last year’s festival. Other additions include The Amazons, who hail from Reading, UK will be bringing their hotly touted (BBC Sound of 2017) rowdy rock to Japan – definitely one that will go down well with the Fujirockers.

Jamaican artist Chronixx will be bringing some dancehall reggae, not only from his extensive back catalog of singles and mixtapes but also from forthcoming debut album “Chronology” due to drop this Spring.
